  • 4 pineapple rings
  • 8 slices thick‑cut bacon
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 brioche buns

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill or skillet and lightly oil the surface.
  • Form ground beef into 4 patties; season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill pineapple rings until charred; grill bacon until crispy.
  • Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side; top with cheddar cheese to melt.
  • Toast buns briefly on the grill.
  • Assemble burgers: bottom bun, patty with cheese, bacon, pineapple, top bun.
  • Serve immediately or store leftovers properly.
