Smoothie Base

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen peaches, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, oats, cinnamon, vanilla, and optional sweetener to a blender.
  • Blend until thick and creamy. Add a splash of milk if too thick.
  • Pour into a bowl and smooth the surface.
