Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and egg. Mix until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Chill the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  • Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Using Greek yogurt boosts protein and keeps cookies soft. Feel free to swap in nuts or dried fruit—unless avoiding nuts!
