Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Greek yogurt, honey, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to make marinade.
  • Toss chicken tenders in marinade; refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill, pan, or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cook tenders 3–4 minutes per side on grill or pan, or bake 15–18 minutes in oven.
  • Let chicken rest 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and a lemon wedge. Serve warm.

Notes

This dish is versatile and pairs well with rice, pita, or salad. Adjust spices to your taste or try different herbs like thyme or rosemary.
