Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter.
  • Add honey and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  • Scoop the mixture using a small spoon or melon baller, and form bite-sized balls.
  • Place the bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  • Once frozen, store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.

Notes

Quick and easy to make, but requires freezing time. Not suitable for those with peanut allergies. Customize with toppings like nuts or dried fruit.
