Ingredients

Main mixture

  • 1 cup plain yogurt use plant‑based yogurt to make vegan
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for vegan, use maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Mash the blueberries in a bowl until broken down but still a few chunks remain.
  • In another bowl, mix the yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Gently fold the mashed blueberries into the yogurt mixture to create a swirl effect.
  • Stir in the chia seeds until evenly distributed.
  • Spoon bite‑sized portions onto a parchment‑lined tray or plate.
  • Freeze for about 2 hours, then enjoy or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

You can swap in dairy‑free yogurt and maple syrup to make this vegan. If your blueberries are very watery, they may dilute the yogurt—pat them dry or reduce splash by slightly draining before mashing.
