  • 6 flour tortillas cut into triangles
  • pizza sauce for spreading
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • pepperoni optional
  • olive oil spray
  • garlic powder to taste
  • oregano to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut tortillas into triangle shapes and arrange flat on the baking sheet.
  • Lightly spread pizza sauce on each chip.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and optional pepperoni on top.
  • Spray chips with olive oil and season with garlic powder and oregano.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until crisp and golden. Let cool before serving.

Notes

To avoid soggy chips, don’t overdo the sauce. Customize with your favorite toppings for fun variations!
