  • Wash and slice the apples into fry‑like sticks.
  • Toss apple slices in cornstarch until evenly coated.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Arrange apple fries in a single layer, then bake or air fry for about 15–20 minutes until crispy.
  • Toss hot apple fries in the cinnamon‑sugar mixture.
  • Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, yogurt, caramel sauce (and a dash of syrup if desired) until smooth.
  • Serve the warm apple fries immediately with the creamy caramel‑cream cheese dip.
